Went in with high hopes of getting advise and help with products, Showed me closest brow pencils and when asked what was recommended for foundations other than Studio Fix Mac, Maybe a liquid? She said it goes by preference on how you think it feels on your face. I wouldn't know because I've never worn a liquid. All around just wanted help, wasn't worried about price just a daily makeup set, Foundation, Brows, Eyeliner, brushes eyeshadow i wanted it all, I feel like because I had no makeup on they didn't take me serious. Just wanted help, I have no sisters to get advise from totally bummed ngl cried when I got to my car

I love this store. Everyone is so nice there. The new location is in a much better spot with more parking, less craziness. I love going to the salon and seeing Bree there! I have been going to her now for 4 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always makes sure my hair color changes are done right and the integrity of it is kept up. Thanks to her my hair is so healthy now. Not to mention, she is just an amazing overall person! I had a medical emergency there and she took such great care of me. There’s no way I could express how much appreciation I have for her! I highly recommend this location.

I've been going to Dezi, at Ulta Bella Terra, for my hair services (cut, color & blowouts) for the last 7 years. She does an amazing job and I'm always getting compliments on my hair - all thanks to her. Not only is she an amazing stylist/colorist, but she is personable and professional.

Now I understand why this location has 3.4 stars. I was looking for a particular palette for my niece's birthday and this location was one of the many that popped up that may have it. I called the store prior to heading over and a woman answered, said her tagline really fast beyond being able to understand what she was saying or offering (under maybe 4 seconds at most.) and as soon as I could respond, I heard a click as she hung up. I said, "hello" a few times then I hear the dial tone. Maybe it was my phone. I called again, same person answers the phone, prior to her completing her tagline I pretty much interrupted her just in case she hangs up again for me not responding fast enough. I let her know kindly that I believe she hung up on me and her response was with an attitude "I didn't hear anything so I hung up.". I did not let her know when I called the second time, that she didn't even give me enough time to respond.

I asked her about the new palette that Jaclyn Hill released "the vault" if they had it in stock?With an attitude she replied "We don't carry the vault only online @ Morphe." And that they only carried her 4 new palettes, not the box. So I asked "are the single palettes the vault?" Then she went to say "Again, we don't have the vault just her 4 pallets."

So now I'm thinking to myself maybe my niece told me the wrong thing or maybe I'm explaining it wrong. I went on to Google and searched "the vault", the first thing that popped up was what I was looking for.

So for me, working in a cosmetic store, I would assume, (As bad as it is to assume.) That as an associate no matter the level, should know what's going on or being asked about without attitude. I work in retail as well currently and I fully understand how to customer service.

By the time I get there, mind you, it was only a 13 min drive, only ONE of the FOUR palettes was available and she said they had FOUR!

First time shopping at an ULTA, will never be back. I'll continue to shop at Sephora, and if they don't have it, online.

I don’t understand why this location has such a low rating? I went in there last night and everything was super nice and helpful. The security guy was very nice and said goodbye when I left and he had a big smile on his face. The girls at the cash register was extremely friendly and professional. The young woman on the floor was extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions and needed help finding things and getting matched with a foundation and she was great. I don’t know maybe they have a new management team or something. I highly recommend this place. I even signed up for their credit card and they gave me a free mini M.A.C. Mascara. The store is huge! I was overwhelmed when I walked inside there but luckily everything went smoothly.

Their hours say they close at 9pm. I got there at 745. I was rushed, halfass helped and escorted out. All because they close at 8. Customers service sucks.

My makeup artist cancelled the appointment two weeks before, and I was rushed into finding another. Unfortunately, everyone I contacted was not available. It was when I found out about Ulta Beauty Services. I booked the formal makeup, and was quoted to start at $60, with an additional $10 for eyelashes.

The location called me a week prior to the appointment to confirm, which to me was quite far in advance to make a reminder. On the day of the appointment, I proceeded to the end of the Ulta store, to the Salon area. I was quickly greeted and led to Summer.

I have to say that I booked her because of her impressive profile photo look. After describing the look I wanted, she got into it immediately. I appreciate the silence going on between us as I am not a chatty person. Summer really took her time to go into the detail and ensuring everything blended nicely.

The letdown of this experience has to be the lack of choices. While I was able to describe the look and expectation, I wasn't given a chance to select the shades of colors (e.g., pink lipstick -- but what shade of pink). There was a huge trust that Summer would bring out the look I was after, and she did not disappointed me -- except the lip color. I must say it looks different under the indoor lighting versus the outdoor lighting. But it was an easy fix with a tissue to tone it down.

The choice I could make was picking the lashes. I was surprised that these lashes are reusable! For services I received elsewhere, they usually trashed the box so I assumed they were one time lashes. Here at Ulta, I was informed that I could reuse the lashes up to whatever it stated -- that was why they gave me the box.

At check out, I was told that the service -- before lashes, taxes and fees, was $70, which is $10 higher than expected. I understand the quote I received was "starting at," but I was not sure what was the criteria for the additional $10 -- maybe the artist status?

I will definitely come back for future make up services provided by Summer! Highly recommend her for formal looks.

Angelica at the Bella Terra Salon is a arrogant horrible person. She called me a three days before my appointment. She was firm and blunt. Mind you I had never gone to her before. Stating that if I were 10 minutes late she would not see me. In a very threatening manner. I wanted a trim only. Maybe 1/4 inch cut off. She cut off nearly 4”. It took me 2 years to grow those 4 inches. I paid $87.00 for a style haircut. It had to be corrected. She made an appointment for 8 weeks later. I called to cancel her and go to some one else. She even wrote it down on a card for me. Angelica canceled that appointment and did not contact me to let me know. It was a horrible experience. I spoke to the General Manager and will contact the corporate office. No one deserves to be treated like that. Never go to Angelica at Bella Terra.
