It is my dream to get away from LA and attend this school. When I come up here I feel safe, loved and welcomed. Everyone is so nice! I don't care if their auditorium and bathrooms flood, or if they paint over mold, and I don't care if the view is worth it or not. A view isn't what the school is. I want to be somewhere where I can be safe and not get beat up all the time. I want to make friends and learn and be happy.

Rim is different from 1980's to the 2000's. The view is not worth going here. Things have changed and not for the better. I go to school here and please DO NOT SEND YOUR KID HERE!!! It is probably one of the worst schools ever! The district is terrible and teachers are rude. Class size is usually about 200 per grade and honestly students who do love it here only love it because their parent are an alumni or a family member which you kind of treated like royalty if your family is an alumni. But if your like me who is the only one in your family who is attending at this school, people like me don't get treated the same.. It's a small town so everyone knows everybody's business and you get treated differently if your rich or popular . School lunches are gross, hallways are small, and the school stinks due to the bathrooms which is like a steam room of pee. We almost always get flooding through classrooms or the auditorium. Awful school that only cares about money and getting money through sports. Can't wait to leave. From Class of 2018

Firstly, this is not a "gay bar" as Google has listed. This is a high school. My family has attended for generations almost from opening.. and has always been one of the safest places for children to learn. Unfortunately with new ways and people, some issues have gone downhill, but it still remains one of the only public schools that I would want any future children in.

Wow. such a dissapointment. This school trained me not to acheive my goals, and just to sit around and procrastinate. What a shame. I have only had a few good teachers who have worked here and love it here but that doesn't excuse the black mold that is being painted over and avoided as well as the EXTREMELY low funded arts programs. The lunch menu is very limited and hardly holds any nutrition. As a vegetarian, I would sometimes be left with no food except for maybe a highly GMO apple or mushy old applesauce. The Bathrooms are often left without needed supplies for drying and washing hands. I have only had one good counselor here. I failed chemistry after my past counselor told me it was a REQUIRED class, and guess what? NOW I CAN"T GO TO A FOUR YEAR UNIVERSITY!

Went to this school, graduated 1996. Went through the whole district. Hoffman elementary, MPH, and rim. I am thankful for all of the caring staff. My whole family, aunts, uncles, and parents all graduated from this school. I would send all 10 of my kids through this district if I had a choice. Fighting Scotts for life.

Loved going to school here. I graduated from Rim in 1990. My mom graduated from Rim in 1958. Can't beat the view for a High School.

They are extremely disorganized and understaffed. The districts does not receive the funding it needs just to stay open. The school is falling apart and the District doesn't have the money to fix this.

Trying to help a student figure out when the classes because of her anxiousness,I noticed that not only did the school website was very poorly created or offer any information about the first day,but all the other terrible reviews that this place has gotten,gets me thinking if this place is good for my family.
