If you have any appointments at MD Anderson this is the place to stay. It is only a few minutes away. SUPER clean which exceeded my expectations, modern, & NO weird smells. Easy access to the parking garage which is secure. Also, loved that the back door is locked and you need your room key to enter. Great amenities as well. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel was great! Walking distance to a lot of food options. The breakfast options were so great it felt like a buffet. Room and lobby was spacious and clean. Gym was also more bigger than your average hotel. Definitely will be my #1 choice when I come To Houston again.

They are nothing but thieves, preying on the sick, desperate, and elderly!

I had to drive my 80-year-old mother from Dallas to Houston for a critical medical procedure, and I chose this hotel for its supposed convenience to the hospital. The room was advertised at $186 for one night, plus tax, and I was aware of the security deposit. I waited patiently for that deposit to be refunded, but after weeks of waiting, it still hadn’t been returned.

When I finally called to speak with the managers, Bianca and Freddie, I was appalled to hear Bianca claim that I had been charged $250 for smoking in the room! This is an outrageous and far-fetched lie. Neither my mother nor I smoke. I told Bianca this was clearly a mistake and urged her to review the security footage; we would even take a blood test to prove our innocence!

I work tirelessly to support my three children and care for my sick parents, and it’s absolutely disgusting that this hotel believes they can get away with stealing from people like us. That $250 is crucial for my mother's medication! I’ve never left a review before, but I feel compelled to warn others about this establishment that essentially robs its guests. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They are nothing but liars and thieves, and if you check the reviews—which I regrettably didn’t do before booking—you’ll see they have a long history of stealing people's money.

After reading some earlier reviews, I booked with trepidation. This place is a gem. I have stayed at various properties near MDA for the last three years. The staff here are always smiling and asking if I need anything. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The shower has fantastic pressure. Quick trip to MDA. Smoothie King and a Kruger’s across the street.

This property is well kept and has awesome amenities. The decor of our room was fresh and modern with great views of the Houston skyline. This is a must stay location if you're in town. The pictures are real on the company site. They offered a great price during the recent Hurricane Beryl power outages when other hotels were price gouging to the hilt.

I stayed here for two weeks on business. Overall the hotel is clean, breakfast was good. Nice bar downstairs when you need an after work cocktail. The streets around the hotel are pretty loud so bring ear plugs.

My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn for 45 days so that he could receive his treatment at Md Anderson. Bianca and Victoria were just wonderful. They made our stay comfortable and were always so very helpful towards our needs. They dealt with the hurricane that came through Houston professionally and quite courteously even though it was a very stressful time for everyone!
