The director is what makes this school! Freida is such a personable character. She’s funny and nice and most of all the kids love her. I’ve been taking my daughter here for almost two years now. I love how when they have holidays it doesn’t not change my weekly rate like kiddie academy. Freida makes sure the kids are all taken care of and sets up so many activities for the kids throughout school and during the summer. My daughter especially loves the pool!

This was our first jump into daycare/preschool and was recommended by a friend. We are SO HAPPY with our choice of putting our son in Merit so he can have some socialization and more independence and get ready for those school-age years. Joining this amazing school was like joining a family and when we drop off our son we know he’s going to be loved and we’ll taken care of by all the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, nice and accommodating. We are happy with the programming and all the little fun things they offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone but especially to the parents who are so nervous to let their kids go (like me!). You will be so happy with your choice.

One of the best decisions that we made was switching my kids to The Merit School at Kirkpatrick Farms. It has been so great that I wish I made the change sooner than later. Transitions are often tough but this was one of the smoothest thanks to all of the great staff!

My kids look forward to going to daycare every day and it makes me feel so happy and comfortable knowing my kids are happy and enjoy where they are. I have to also say that my kids don’t get sick as often anymore either thanks to the clean environment. Too many great things to say about this place. Mrs. Farida does an excellent job as she is always involved when I walk through the door. The staff is all around great. They provide a good yet fun curriculum for kids. Thank you for all that you do for my kids. You guys are awesome!

We couldn't be happier with our choice of daycare. Our infant started with them at 9 months and it has been a great journey so far! Since she started attending, she has shown significant improvement in her interaction skills, all thanks to the nurturing environment and the dedicated staff. She has a particular fondness for Miss Safa, who she adores. Every teacher, including Miss Emily and Mariana, along with the rest of the staff, are incredibly kind and truly amazing at what they do. They take such good care of our daughter that she looks forward to going to daycare every day. Knowing she is in safe and caring hands gives us immense peace of mind. We highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their children. The staff is always kind, welcoming and very very accommodating.

Our son loves it here. One of my favorite things was the transparency with the app. They’ll take pictures throughout the day and send the ones of your kid to the app for you to look to see how they’re doing. Our kiddo is always having fun doing some activity or another.

I think it’s the best daycare ever. They are really caring about the children, doing alot of activities and learning workshops, alot of fun and activities in summer and fall.
My kids really love going there enjoying their time and learning alot.
Once you go there you gonna feel like they’re a family. A very clean place with a very friendly, welcoming and lovely staff.
It’s the best choice ever.

Our daughter has been going there for a few months and it's been a great experience for her. She loves it, the teachers as well as her classmates. It's a really nice facility and is kept clean. Definitely recommend it if you're in this area.

Merit School is amazing! My daughter (3 years old) and son (1 year old) attend and love their teachers and the classrooms. It is a very welcoming environment with kind and caring teachers. My kids love the daily activities and we get updates in the app throughout the day. The teachers and center staff help my kids feel comfortable and thrive at daycare. This is especially important after we had a bad experience at a different local daycare. I so appreciate Merit and all they do for the kids in their care! I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for daycare for their children in the Aldie/South Riding area.
