Wow wow wow. I couldn’t recommend Isa’s class enough! I’d give it a 10/5 if I could. Isa’s class is such a wonderful experience - her home is beautiful, her and her husband are inviting and welcoming, and her cooking skills are immaculate.

I wish we had more time in Padova otherwise I would have gone back for more!

I highly recommend this class for anyone who wants a fun, informative, and delicious experience with authentic Italian cuisine!

What can I say, amazing! Mama Isa showed us how to make fresh pasta. Pretty easy to replicate. This was followed by a simple, yet tasty tomato sauce. By far the best pasta dish I’ve ever had! We also made pistachio gelato and it was divine, I might not ever be able to eat gelato in an ice cream shop again because now I know how good it should taste. Isa and her husband also shared local wine with us and gave us all the tips on sourcing quality ingredients. If you have a chance, take a class with Mama Isa!

Mama Isa’s cooking class was the absolute best! My Aunt and I took it… it’s possibly the best thing we have done thus far. We felt welcomed the second we walked in! Both her and her husband were the most kind! I am so glad that we spent the money to take this class. We learned how to make focaccia, pizza, and pasta! And it tasted AMAZING! I would 1000% recommend and do it again!! Take the time to do it! We learned so much, from the history to the recipes!

As an LGBTQ+ couple, we felt especially welcomed in Mama Isa's kitchen. Her kindness and openness created a warm and inclusive environment that added to the overall positive experience.
