I dislike this system immensely. You have to put a cover page on your documents with just the address in order to draw a box around it. It would just be easier to just type in the information like FedEx allows you to do and can then send the same document to multiple people. The fees are so costly, cheaper to just go to the post office myself and the delay when you send stuff out. If I were the decision maker at my office, I would cease using this service. I had to check 1 star in order to post my comment, otherwise I would not give any stars.
