I have been using the software facilities through I-STEM ever since its launch . I have used WebEx , COMSOL ,Coventorware and MATLAB . I must say that ISTEM team is doing a marvellous job of optimising the resource sharing and utilisation . It has proved to be a boon for academician and researchers like me who find it difficult to either purchase or renew licenses .

It is really a great initiative. I work in electromagnetics. COMSOL is a highly useful tool for computational electromagnetics and Multiphysics simulations. However, it was not affordable due to its high cost. Through I-STEM portal, I requested for COMSOL and within a few days I have got it at no cost. I will refer this website to my other colleagues. I have also registered myself in I-STEM as an electromagnetics enthusiast. I am grateful to I-STEM and will be happy to serve I-STEM in the domain of electromagnetics.
