I highly recommend Gavin Williams at IS Luxury. I’ve worked with him on one sale and two house purchases now. I’ve had a wonderful experience each time. Completely unprofessional brokerage firm. Madison and her assistant were given SPECIFIC instructions on whom to contact regarding the matter of buying and selling our home. They were told to deal with me only, as my husband was simply the money man who would be paying. They were clearly not capable of handling this simple task as they kept pestering my husband and going over my head. Completely rude and disrespectful behavior. That's simply why they lost our business. Might I add we had a very, very generous budget to buy a new home.
