Negatives: Would not accept a return within a few days of purchase, for any reason other than it not functioning. Very relunctant in this facet of customer service. This will be a deal breaker for me in the future, with the industry and position I am in. Also could not source our preferred product in the timeline needed, leading to a poor replacement product.

Purchased a small explosion-proof vacuum from them for work. The purchasing process was a headache from my companies' side but that isn't the fault of Intrinsically Safe.
Vacuum works ok. Feedback from electricians is that the suction power is kind of weak but it is getting the job done just fine and we only purchased the smallest, cheapest available model. A larger vacuum would likely deliver a better result.
All in all, I am satisfied with their service and product. They have been attentive and responsive as to what was going on with my order.
