Our small business has been using InstaBilling for over 2 years now, and we could not be happier. I was looking for billing company for my new medical practice. Contacted Insta Billing twice through their website. Both times I have received conformation email that someone would call/email me which has never happened. This is not the way to do business. How would you trust them if they don't even communicate with potential clients? One star for a nice website.

This is not an easy time to go into private practice, especially for a physician who does not have a M.B.A. or business experience. It is very important to choose an experienced trustworthy billing company. Insta Billing (headed by Olga and Lenny) is such a company. After my first seven months in practice, I have more then ten payors, half of whom are local IPAs with unique websites or portals for claims submission. Olga and her staff know or have quickly learned all of their billing procedures. In addition, I rely on Olga and Lenny to collaborate with my EMR, my claims clearinghouse, and my credentialing specialist. I am very grateful to Insta Billing for giving me the peace of mind to be able to focus on patient care, instead of billing and claims followup. And I should add that their services are reasonably priced, even for a startup practice. I highly recommend Insta Billing to other physicians who need an efficient, knowledgeable, reliable billing company headed by a president and manager who look out for their clients' interests.
