On the downside: some of the palestinians (there are many in Perugia) only are after their diploma and not interested in participating during classes. Try to avoid teaming with them.

Die Lehrerinnen Livia und Susanna, Frederika im Sekretariat und Diletta in der Freizeitgestaltung sind sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und humorvoll. Eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Terrific 2 weeks of language instruction for 2 Americans. We arrived with a modest knowledge of conversational Italian. We took a written and oral test and were placed into a class customized for us (roughly level A1+). Susannah was our teacher for week one. She masterfully created engaging lessons which featured exercises from the textbook & conversation. Donatella was our week 2 teacher. She is a seasoned educator and provided engaging lessons using custom exercises, flashcards, conversation. Week 1 - Afternoons were spent with Diletta. She lead us in walking tours of Perugia, a visit to a monastery, a visit to an olive producer, and a visit to a stained glass restorer. Each tour was conducted in Italian and Diletta was always ready to help with understanding. Week 2 - afternoons were spent in the kitchen at Osteria Il Gufo with chef Luca. We prepared fresh pastas, salsa, meat dishes, fish dishes, vegetable dishes, and, of course desserts. We have quite a bit of experience in the kitchen. Our time with Luca expanded our cooking skills and taught us a host of local recipes.

I highly recommend this language school and its enrichment activities. We will likely return for more classes in the future.

Tolle Schule, sehr nette und engagierte Lehrerinnen und auch ein tolles Organisationsteam. Der Unterricht war sehr abwechslungsreich. Ich habe sehr viel gelernt & gesprochen. Nachmittags konnte man an einem abwechslungsreichen Programm teilnehmen. Auch für Ü 40/ Ü 50 empfehlenswert, da nicht nur ganz junge Leute da sind.

I just returned for more lessons. The school is small but absolutely great if you really want to learn Italian. Federica is the administrator and is super helpful. The teachers are very talented and take a real interest in helping students succeed. There are also daily activities to show you Italian culture. This is the best language school in one of the best town in Italy.
