This is my second time at Aveda Brandon,
The first time I got my Facial done it was just superb. I can see the difference on my face, Tan did fade.
I loved it. The student did an amazing job.

The second time I went for a brow wax,
The instructor and the student both were accommodating and did their job amazingly.
(No miss till now all Hit)
I am planning to touch up my hair color next month.
Highly Recommended.

They recently started a discount program that you can buy into and it’s an amazing deal. I can’t wait to use my gift cards from it for facials and massages.

She was patient, professional, and attentive to my needs. She acted professionally with skills and corrected the color when it did not turn out as expected and made sure I was happy with the result. I was a returning customer. I had my worst experience ever. They want us to tell them how to do their job to achieve the desired look. I felt like I wasted my time and money which wasn't a small amount almost $100 to live with the hair that i don't like.
I didn't wanted to go back either to change it as sitting there is a tiring process only to come back with stupid results. I wish the instructors weren't liars. I have realized towards the end of the job even if it is terrible they keep telling their students "great job", which is a lie. That is not how students grow!!!!

I was a returning customer, but my most recent experience was so awful that I will not be coming back. I had been told that the price of my hair color was going to be the same as it had been my previous times, even though I was with a new student. Then, the new supervisors tell me a price almost 50$ more than I had been paying, and told me they had "retrained" their supervisors on new pricing. The staff were very rude and condescending, interrupting me and not giving me a chance to explain my perspective. Then, after agreeing to the price, and sitting in the chair for over 20 minutes, they then tell me they are out of permanent red color and told me I had to come back after I had scheduled this appointment in advance due to limited availability. The current prices for the same service at a professional salon were the same if not cheaper.

This is the worst Aveda Institute I've been to. Last time, my color was messed up. This time, I call and tell scheduler that I wanted highlights and lowlights with toner, and I am told she will book me as a full foil so I have enough time. I get there and I'm told I'm only booked for a half head and won't have enough time to do a full. The manager came out and basically said you can take it or leave it. There was no apology for what happened. Rude management, terrible experience again.

Aveda is a great place to get your hair done! Everyone there is so nice, the students try their best to do your hair, and the instructors there are patient with the students. I would definitely recommend coming to Aveda!

Jaiden Battaglia invited me to be a model at Aveda. She was practicing doing a 90 minute facial and did a fantastic job. Despite being a student in her early weeks of schooling she did amazing with explaining what she was doing before she did it and making sure I was always comfortable with the temperature of the face towels. My skin was glowing after and felt hydrated and rejuvenated. I am looking forward to my next visit.
