I had the best experience here for my 30k service, and I was well taken care of. The service took much shorter than I was expecting considering how large the service is, and they even washed the car at no charge. Thank you to my service advisor, Evan, and thank you to the Lexus technicians that worked on my car! I was even sent a video with my car being inspected with a verbal explanation of everything major that was inspected, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. My car drove and looked brand new after Tustin Lexus took care of it, even though it is more than seven years old. I had to get a picture before leaving because it just looked so amazing! I definitely plan to be returning here for service!

Brett was amazing with sales ! I went to two other dealers prior to this one and I felt like I was being lied to until him . He was honest, funny , chill and not pushy at all ! This weekend I was there to purchase the 2025 Lexus NX 300 Premium. Rex was the one to assist us, he was the only one to greet us when we arrived and he was able to help us out immediately and efficiently. We knew what we wanted and he made it happen. Service department is one of the worst place ever been,
Unprofessional not organized bringing me with promise have the loaner car ready after waiting about 2 weeks to get approved and then finally scheduling for Monday July 17th
After I arrived checked me in and drove me to enterprise rental company waited there for 1 hour and the answer they don’t have any car to provide me so I don’t have car to go back I have the car seat left in my car so I have to walk back to the dealership to get my car back ,
The service guy Nick didn’t have the answer I asked to talk to service manger Allen he was acting nothing happen and he made call and the answer is no car after waiting all this time with 2 years boy .
There not even put effort to handle it both the service men
That’s ridiculous
Very bad experience and disappointment.
Even the car not been serviced and I asked tk pick up tge car and made sure to have the car ready and washed

After visiting the dealership this issue has been resolved.

I purchased a new LS 500 fsport (it had 500+miles on ) vehicle from Tustin Lexus. The car is amazing but it did have a cosmetic issues that was addressed at the time of purchase. The issue was a small chip that I noticed and it was repaired prior to payment in full.
The second issue, I have made multiple attempts to have this issue resolved to no avail.
The photos are attached of the blemishe that I recently found when opening the door for my wife. The issue was found a few weeks ago. The car only had about 1500 or so miles when I called about having it addressed.
It's pretty much hidden from view when I'm driving the car.
I'm not sure if it was missed or if the vehicle was ever inspected. I did pay for the ceramic inside and out product. Resistall 360.
I never thought to inspect the interior of what I thought was a NEW car.
I consider this a new car issue and not a warranty issue.
It truly feels like I was sold an "as is car" as a new car  the attached photos show both the interior and exterior issues.
Update* an email was sent 8/7/24 and 8/9/24
