Bionic Pets is just fabulous, we are so grateful to you folks for the work you do. Our dog Anna has a disabled right front leg due to nerve damage from a fall (radial nerve). Bionic Pets made us a fantastic brace for her and it fits perfect and allows her to walk and even to run around and play. It's transformative, she's able to use all four legs now and not just hop around on three. And she loves it. Bionic Pets worked so hard to help us and we are just so grateful.

I am very happy that I came across Bionic Pets in researching alternatives to surgery for my dog. The brace I ordered is working out great. The customer service that I have experienced is top notch. I do not live close enough to the office to come in person for adjustments with out it turning into a long road/day trip, so the fact that I was able to send videos of my dog wearing the brace and then adjustments were made once I sent it back, was great!

Derrick is a rock star. He is the guy that truly loves his work and strives to make every animal he comes across be the best that they can be. Like he did for my Ellie girl that has has a string of bad luck. She is getting her fitted for her fancy custom stifle brace. Notice Ellie smiling in the photo? Derrick was talking silly to her.

This past October, before my husband and I went to Italy, our little Juliette? decided to injure her left leg and the vet wanted to operate for 5000.00 ? We looked for other options and prayerfully we found you. After just a few months, Juliette is completely healed. If she wants too much, we still will use the brace, she loves it

We have ordered 2 prosthetics from Bionic Pets for our dog over the last 2.5 years (our first prosthetic was accidentally thrown away) and I have been extremely happy with their service, product functionality, and quality. We use the prosthetics for walking and can take our dog for mile walks. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering a prosthetic for their dog.

I placed an order for a full limb prosthetic for my dog. It is stated many times on their website that their turnaround time is 7-14 days after receiving the cast. I got notified my cast was received 8/17. I waited and waited and waited until the 3 week mark when I decided to reach out. Side note, customer service is very difficult to get ahold of via phone OR email. I finally received a response, 9/18, that they are shipping my prosthetic. I was super excited for my disabled pet to finally have the prosthetic. Well, when I received it in the mail after 4 weeks, they had made the prosthetic for the WRONG LEG! How does this even happen? It just shows how careless they are when designing these products. My dog has a mid-humerus amputation meaning he has a small nub remaining. I was assured by the team that Derrick would carve this into the design to make the leg more comfortable and would reach out for further dimensions or photos. This of course did not happen and there was no special consideration on the leg to accommodate this. Absolutely ridiculous experience especially for something that is fairly expensive! When I am paying $1,300 for something, I expect at least the bare minimum attention to which leg is missing on my pet. Very disappointed.

Edit: Bionic Pets was happy to correct their issues and make things right for my pet and I. Since receiving my corrected prosthetic, I am happy with the results. They took into consideration of his remaining nub and it seems to fit pretty good. I appreciate the acknowledgment and willing to correct the mistake!
