We had our baby on Kendamil goat and while she did fine on that, supply shortages were causing us to look for other alternatives on short notice. This was ordered, shipped, and delivered in 3 days. Our baby is doing just fine on this formula, growing well and I don’t have to worry about supply issues.

My local was out and I tried buying here. Everything great. Except it is a different level than what is offered locally . It was a bit confusing when buying, still is, but product was great and shipping not bad. Good for same age just a bit different name.

Unfortunately, this is the only company that I can get the formula I need for my child through here in the United States. They have the absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with, especially for dealing in products for children and infants. My last shipment of formula I had to pick up off the truck at 9 o’clock at night from the driver who failed to deliver it two days in a row because of their laziness and this company won’t even refund me or respond to my emails. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with delivery or formula once it was delivered, and they refuse to respond or even be kind about it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
Your company is HIGHLY unprofessional. First of all, the order was delayed of receiving over a month. Then all formula ( 6 cans ) was ALL damaged, 3 of them was unsealed and all over the shipping box! Contacted customers service over 10 times, NO ONE get back, customer phone number transferred to answer machine. STILL NO ONE GET BACK AFTER 10 MONTHS!!!!!

Ordered hipp pre for the first time at the website. Super fast sevice! The order was shipped out the next day and it took 3days for it to arrive. Box was not damaged whatsoever. Prices are comparable to other online shops. I will be ordering here from now on. Would definitely recommend!

I've been ordering from them for a couple of months now. Their prices are always cheaper compared to other sites when you use their promotion code that is emailed weekly. I like that they can send you products fast locally when I run out.

They forgot to send the custom papers with the baby formula that I ordered so now it's held at their warehouse. I really needed the formula because I only have two servings left and it was supposed to be delivered today. I tried calling their number and they never answer their phone, and i sent multiple emails and they have not responded to any. They are very understaffed or just unprofessional, and don't really care if the customers need help. I can't believe they forgot to send in custom papers and now I have no formula to feed my baby and might have to feed her a store bought one until this resolves.
