I don't like leaving bad reviews but I think it's the only way they'll respond to me about my order. I placed it on September 9th and I still haven't received it or the routing number or anything related to my order. The answer they give me by phone is to put me on hold and by email they will send me more information within 72 hours. My order number is 131025.

I bought 3 set for my son and been 5 days there not trucking yet. Phone number no one answer the phone call. You send email then in 3 says some one answers that it will shipped in 7 to 10 business days. I asked order to be canceled and no respond yet. Decently my self I will never do business with them. They don't know what business is. When I was ordering I say they are located in San Diego and I'm very close to that are thinking I will have the items with 3 to 5 days.

1 June 2024 - Do not buy from here. Had issues with my order (slow shipping aside) - I ordered a women’s Arsenal jersey with a current women’s player customised on the back. They used Premier League numbers and when I emailed and pointed out that the women play in the WSL, I received a one line response that the numbers are the same for all premier league teams. They market the jersey as being the women’s team jersey, but don’t care to use the correct font. Quality of the jersey is a little suspect as well - compared it against some other adidas jerseys and it seems a little off.
Edit 10 July 2024 - Edit 10 July 2024 - Jersey Loco has now responded to my review asking me to email their service team. As per my original review, I have already done this (in June) - I received a one line response, which I also responded to immediately. I have not received a response to that email. My response email included images of the jersey I recevied, and what the correct numbers should look like.

Shipping is a bit slow. Took like 3 weeks. But I’m happy with the quality and the price. I got 3 jerseys for 100$ for my son and I would recommend it.

Ordered a women's Arsenal jersey with a woman's player customisation, and they placed on premier league numbers.. it looks ridiculous because the numbers are so big and they have the premier league logo on them. Customer service was hopeless - said we use premier league numbers as default for premier league teams... the women's Arsenal team IS NOT in the premier league. They advertise that they have woman's teams jerseys, this is simply not true. Do better, our women's players deserve better. Do not order from this company.

Had a great experience. Ordered a jersey to wear for this upcoming World Cup and it got delivered in a timely manner. I did not receive my confirmation order right away but after I emailed them, they were helpful and sent me my tracking info.
