I've been with UOP for almost two years and won't be returning to further my education. There isn't really any classroom training or interaction with the teacher except for discussion posts. We get to read material/watch videos, but it's not the teacher talking with us about it. It feels very impersonable. And then there is the issue with funds. There is a constant issue with excess funds and now that they have switched from giving us our full amount to giving us our excess every course, it's further screwed everything up. I received an email the other day stating I owed for my current class. I panicked. I chatted with an agent who told me "once they received the funds".... except, they HAVE received the funds according to my loan company who sent them funds for the semester in September. So why would they say they haven't received the funds yet? No, updating the system messed everything up and now they have all of their students wondering what happened. I also had an instructor give me a 20/40 for an assignment and when I asked why, she said the system automatically grades it. And then when I mentioned my other classes, she says she follows UOP guidelines. So does she grade following the guidelines or is it graded automatically by a system? And why was there no feedback? The only good thing is the accommodations and also being able to work at my own pace.

Can’t say enough about the great support and excellent education I received from the UOP Online program. This was my first online learning experience and I definitely prefer this flexibility versus a physical classroom. Especially while juggling a full time work schedule with a full time class load. I took advantage of their professional writing tools to polish up my research writing and made huge improvements compared to where I started. I noticed many of my coworkers took the easy way by using shortcuts that do the writing for them. I chose the old fashioned way by putting in the time and effort to write my own material (you get out of it exactly what you put into it). My degree has allowed me to grow professionally, personally, and financially. Thank you for everything, University of Phoenix!!

I did not receive my excess funds or loans in time for school to start because of a risk-free period! As a business student, I am extremely devastated to know I will not have a pen and some paper to write with for class. Ultimately leading to my failure. Humiliating school for poor students! #FutureAlreadyCrushed

Enrollment department does not know what they are doing. I got an email to call. I did my part. They still dropped me from the classes I wasted an hour getting everything situated for me to get told I wasn’t registered and had been dropped from classes on the day it started. Going to another University that’s going to help me out and not blame it on system error.

I have been having problems with being in default on 2 old loans finally got them taken care of. The want me to lie on paperwork they sent me for my doctor to fill out. They basically told me that if my Dr didn't fill in a yes on a box on the paperwork which would be a lie, that I would not get any student loans to finish my classes. School does not care for disabled adults that is in a wheelchair.

University of Phoenix offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
The institution is a vital hub for entrepreneurship and innovation-based research because of its affordable tuition, excellent academic rigor, and substantial professional opportunities for graduates.
It also highlights its skilled instructors, welcoming community, and assortment of adaptable online course alternatives. recognizing the diverse perspectives that have established University of Phoenix as a renowned academic and cutting-edge business institution in the United States. I had financial difficulties and several job losses until the University of Phoenix gave me the assistance and direction I needed to start Nixons Cleaning Company LLC Bend. I am immensely grateful and feel privileged to be able to share this chance and my experience in establishing the first female immigrant a Bend-based, minority-owned, environmentally conscious cleaning business that specializes in nutrition and provides janitorial services to government, business, and residential clients.

I would give them negative stars if there were any. Very bad experience with this University! Their service is like fishing people/students. They just try to take your money, charge you as much as they can. They don’t use human sense to resolve a problem. Instead, they blamed on their virtual system/robot machine, and there is nothing they could do about it. From the beginning, I was pushed to save my card in their system, but later before I took a course with them, I requested them to remove my card, and they said they would take care of it. And I guessed they never did it. So I am charged for an unreasonable amount and without my authorization. Please be careful with this university everyone! I believe there are lots of better University out there. Things are just smooth when this University can charge our money easily. But when a problem comes up, the responsibility is on us. They just want to take our money. That’s it!
