As a business owner myself, I find it really hard to leave someone else a bad review, and this is honestly one of the only times I've ever done it - this is the worst experience I have ever had with a business.

We never received all of the supplies we originally ordered and were continuously charged for them. Brad, our service rep said he would reimburse us for them. Instead of doing so, our bill got increased by roughly 30 dollars weekly and we began getting random charges to our account for no reason. I asked him about these charges and he wasn't able to explain most of them.

After calling customer service numerous times, and them not being able to get ahold of Brad's managers, he eventually texted me and said he would get our account cancelled and everything picked up. He never did, so I asked him again to do so three weeks later. He sent someone out and they didn't even know how to remove any of the supplies that were installed at our facility so they left and said they'd be back - haven't heard from them since that day about two weeks ago.

I then asked him again that day to cancel our accounts immediately. He said (for the third time) that he would do so immediately. That was two weeks ago and I've been charged every week since. I send him a screenshot each time I am charged and receive no reply from him.

We have not received services from this company in over two months and are still getting charged. Customer service has not been able to help me and his managers don't seem to care either because they never call me back.

Absolutely do not work with them and NEVER give them your account information! They do not care at all about their customers.

I really don't know what to do from this point and am so frustrated that we've paid over 2k AND COUNTING after being told our accounts would be deactivated and refunds issued.

We have been with Aramark for going on 3 years now. Employees were lucky to get 2 shirts and 3 pants a week during most of 2018. They simply ignore their service issues and customer complaints. We did finally get a good route salesman who fixed most of those shortage issues however, August of last year they doubled our total charges in spite of the wording of the 5% or CPI in our contract. I protested on the invoice and to our route rep. Management just chose to ignore it and can't even be bothered to return a phone call or email and only after we had canceled and signed with another service provider did anyone from the company darken our door and only then was simply so they could threaten us with their open ended contract terms.

I had an employee quit for another job and they charged us an extra 30% over new on our invoice for the replacement cost of uniforms (their invoice states the amount of pants and shirts and they added an extra 30%) and wrote them up as abused yet, they were good enough for him to wear everyday. We also pay for EasyCare which means that they take your money easily but could care less about the service or care that comes with it.

My complaints were completely ignored by management even when submitted via email and hand written on the invoices and discussed with our route salesman who said he would address it with them, they made absolutely no effort to even talk let alone fix anything. I would question our route salesman and he would look at me incredulously and say I don't know why they haven't contacted you.

You can wipe your backside with that contract they give you, they write it in such a disingenuous way that they can more than double your charges and hold you hostage with no recourse. Hands down the most unethical company we've dealt with. People all over town are dropping them like a bad habit. Save yourself the trouble and contact someone else for your uniform needs.

They hardly ever show up when we ask them to and insist that we must accommodate to their schedule. When ever our driver goes on vacation we won't have anyone to cover our route so we will go without services and must wait for him to get back. One time when a manager came out to drop off our invoice we asked him to take some of the uniforms to be washed. When I went outside I saw SEVERAL jackets and shirts laying on the floor. He had dropped them and just left them outside. Had to do a count to make sure none was missing. They have been a terrible company to work with and utterly unprofessional. Whenever we voice our concerns we are just given excuses on how it's someone else fault. Either management saying their drivers need to be more accommodating and the drivers saying management needs to route them better.
