We have gone to a LOT of haunted house attractions and this is the best we've ever been to! The value for the cost is absolutely amazing. The variety and creative scenes of this place are extremely detailed and appropriate to the Halloween season. I highly recommend this place!

Me and my two friends came last night and we ended in disappointment. It was completely fair to not let my third friend in since the ticked was sadly expired. My issue was with how rude your worker spoke to us. She was condescending to three disabled teenagers, one of which visibly. That is my issue. Not only that but you no longer sell tickets on site, which you advertise on your website. Id recommend fixing that. if you wont let a teenage buy a ticket at the door due to website issues why list your tickets as $25 because i spent closer to $30 and i wont come back. Your park was uneventful last year and almost boring. I hope you can fix the ticket issues!

Edit: since you refuse to respond to my email with concerns I will show what I sent and what you sent my friend. Don’t ever talk to my friends like that. Don’t talk to anyone like that. You are not allowed to shame a disabled teen with a cane for not wanting to wait and say they should’ve encouraged us to go. If this is how you talk to customers you should get help. It would’ve taken nothing for you to switch out the ticket but you chose to be rude to us. Not only that but I have heard of multiple switches that happen for different days. Get help. As an owner you should know that customers enjoy when you help them solve issues. There are no limited slots as proven by you letting me and my friends through. It’s not a limited slot issue it’s a you issue.

Went for the 1st time tonight. Very impressed with how well it is run. Very smooth, no issues, not too bad of a wait. Was well worth the money! Whole thing was a fun experience!

My first time ever at Field Of Screams. All of the staff was very professional and friendly. The actors were very cool as well. The only nitpick is some areas were pitch black and you have no clue which way to turn. (Had to feel the walls and accidentally bumped into an actor.) I understand the immersion, but some tiny lights at foot level would be nice. Will definitely go again!

My friend had bought tickets to the wrong location for tonight and we found out too late as they were already sold out. I sent a message to them and was able to get tickets in under one hour. Their customer service was amazing and you can tell they really care about their customers!!

My friends and I originally bought our tickets for an earlier weekend, but unfortunately, two of my friends came down with fevers and weren’t in a position to go through the haunted house. I messaged Field of Screams, and even at 24 hrs before our ticket time, they exchanged our tickets for a later weekend. I really had thought that they would take a couple of hours or even to the next day to respond, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly, professionally, and friendly they took care of my group. Thank you Field of Screams and special shout out to Shannon, who helped me out!

I went in yesterday with two friends when we went to scan our tickets she noticed my friends had the wrong time,so she went ahead and switched the tickets. When it got me mine she realized my ticket was for the wrong day,she told me to go buy a new one. When I told her none were available she hinted too my friends to go without me(which they didn’t). When she noticed we hadn’t figured it out she told us to leave and have fun night elsewhere.i just don’t understand why she could switch my friends tickets but not mine,I probably won’t go to field a sreams again even though it’s my favorite place,because that was 25 dollars wasted.
