I love this place so much, I don’t even know where to start. All of the instructors clearly have a lot of respect for yoga and make sure to incorporate mindfulness into all of their sessions. It’s more than a “workout” in my opinion - it’s true yoga. The instructors provide safe and accessible classes for everybody, while still offering so many challenges. Their knowledge of safe alignment is so clear and comforting. This has become a second home and safe haven for me in NYC. The instructors are kind, warm, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a studio free of shame and full of love, this is your place.
