The best cooking class and experience, Chef Mauro is charismatic, kind, professional and a true gem. I will return to his class again in the future I hope; until then. For Muslims out there, let him know you eat halal and he will source out halal food for your meal!!!

Chef Mauro is passionate, family-like and professional, and we learned from him the authentic Italian cuisine and spirit: using the simplest ingredients to create extraordinary deliciousness.

We were very happy to participate in this cooking class. It was not only a cooking class but also an experience of the spirit of Tuscany.

Red wine, baked bread, pasta, ravioli and desserts, everything was so delicious. Our time here left us with unforgettable and cherished memories here.

Just experienced cooking with Mauro 3 weeks ago and I have to say it was amazing. Sadly a few people cancelled last minute so it turned out to be a private class. My husband, who hates to cook, was there to take pictures and watch, but Mauro put him to work as a Sioux chief. We had a blast. Mauro was funny, charming and so knowledgeable. We made bread, 2 pastas, ravioli and pappadella, bolognese sauce, butter and sage for the raviolis and a fruit tart. Everything was delicious, and abundant. I would recommend everyone to enjoy this class to the fullest. The road up to the Inn was an experience and fun!

Amazing experience with Mauro, the Chef. We have done it randomly and we couldn't be happier of chosing him.
An original italian gastronomic experience, with an amazing view of La Toscana, and the good vibes of Mauro.
The red wine that they produce themselves was great.
Dont hesitate and go for it, you won't regret it.

Wow what an unbelievable experience!!! Chef Mauro was fabulous! From the second we arrived everything was perfect! We loved learning how to make everything (the beautiful Tuscan view was definitely a plus too!!) and omg was it all so delicious. Apart from being an amazing chef, Mauro was warm, funny, and made it an experience we will remember forever! Hope to go back again some day!

Mauro and the team, operating out of a quaint winery in the Tuscan hillside, were super gracious while making the experience extremely fun and enjoyable throughout. We spent about 3 hours making some of the most delicious food, drinking wine and laughing with the other group that day. It was the highlight of our 10 days in Italy and would HIGHLY recommend this experience. Grazie, Mauro!

The Montese Cooking Experience was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy!!! The setting is beautiful, we were outside in the covered shade looking out at the prettiest landscape amongst a vineyard. Chef Mauro was smiling the entire class and made sure everyone was included. We laughed, drank wine, prepped lunch and ate together! If you can get in BOOK IT!!!
